Disappointment is highly possible when a request comes in
on a Friday afternoon regarding Saturday flying, and (for
one reason or another) we don't access our email promptly.
Please remember that computers can lock up, servers can lock
up, ISPs can have service problems, etc. We keep up with our
voice mail messages several times daily. We strive to keep
up with telephone voice mail and email to the best of our
ability. If in doubt, please back up your email request with
a phone call to our main office: (262) 473-8800 .

Nobody likes SPAM messages, and we're not going to send you
any. And we won't give your email address to anyone, ever,
without your permission. That being said, if you provide
us with your email address, we'll send you occasional
announcements about special events:
Competitions that you might like to watch...
Parties that you might like to attend...
Clinics for special skills training...
Group trips to the mountains...
Expos and festivals where we'll have our hang gliding simulator
for the public to try...
We send out email announcements on the average of two or three
times per month to people like you who 'opt-in' for our info.
If you ever decide that you want to 'opt-out', we'll promptly
honor your request and delete your email address from our
database. And, again, we'll never pass your email address
on to anyone else, period.
Free! a Video CD and Color Brochure,
via US Mail
Beginning in early 2003,
we began distributing free copies of a multimedia Video CD
(plays on DVD players) which highlights the activities available
at Raven Sky Sports. The CD includes four made-for-TV
video segments (Wild Chicago, Young America Outdoors, and
2 from Adrenaline TV) all which were filmed at Raven Sky Sports
hill flying classes and aerotow flight park. In addition,
a fifth track is included, a wonderful 10-minute slide show,
set to music, of images from the first 10 years of aerotowing
and hill flying and picnicking at Raven Sky Sports. Special
thanks to Jeff & Pam Nielsen for producing this great
slide show.

us with your postal address and we'll send one out right
away.

We're very active and mobile at Raven Sky Sports, and so we have two telephone numbers that you can use to reach us. Please bear in mind that there will be some times when you just won't be able to get through to a real human being, and for this reason, we have voice mail for your messages. We're really great about returning phone calls, but we can only do so if you leave us a message.
